Parents lead every step

1. Create a parent account. Every registration is reviewed before access to the family area is approved.
2. Share a safe profile. Parents add an age band, country, languages, interests and preferred pen pal group. Names and contact details stay private.
3. Find a possible pen pal. Approved parents browse limited profile summaries and decide what feels right for their own family.
4. Connect parent to parent. When both parents agree to connect, they can message each other on the website and arrange the letter exchange together. Children then write and send their letters with a parent’s guidance.

Families can choose the Italian group or the wider global group. The aim is the same: real letters, new cultures and friendships that grow at a comfortable pace.

Letters travel by standard postal mail, not tracked mail. It keeps letter-writing simple, affordable and accessible for every family, and it means a letter can very occasionally go missing along the way.
